David Gervais

A lawyer with a law degree from Université Laval in 2011 and a member of the Quebec Bar since 2012, David Gervais primarily practices in the fields of labor law, including wrongful dismissal and labor relations, civil litigation with expertise in hidden defects, insurance, and bodily injury, estate law, and business law.

David Gervais also held administrative positions at Carrefour Jeunesse-Emploi and Maison de la famille, and he currently chairs the boards of Manoir Boischatel, Centre communautaire le Pivot, and the François-Bourrin Foundation, demonstrating his commitment to the community.

Having pleaded before various administrative tribunals as well as the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, and the Court of Appeal of Quebec, he is recognized for his attentiveness to clients' needs, creativity, commitment, and results-oriented approach.
