Jeffrey Pariag is an employment lawyer with expertise in all areas of the relationship between employees and employers. Jeffrey provides advice and legal services pertaining to hiring, discipline, termination, wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, employment contracts, workplace polices, harassment, discrimination, human rights violations, health and safety issues, and reprisal.
Jeffrey represents both employees and employers. He regularly advocates for clients in matters before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal. With a diverse clientele spanning various industries, Jeffrey has successfully represented clients by engaging in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
In addition, Jeffrey also assists property owners, landlords and tenants with matters related to rental properties and condominium law, as well as individuals with short-term disability claims and long-term disability claims.
Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from York University and obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.
