Peewara Sapsuwan brings a wealth of knowledge and a straightforward approach to his legal practice. With experience in national and international law firms, he handles matters related to corporate and commercial law, energy law, procurement, construction, infrastructure, and capital projects. While his primary focus is on the provinces of Alberta and Ontario, Peewara has significant experience in the Asia-Pacific region, where he has worked on project financing, procurements, EPC agreements, and FinTech agreements.

Peewara's understanding of general commercial contracts, construction agreements, and infrastructure-related legal matters showcases his insight, especially with turnkey agreements, equipment supply agreements, construction services agreements, project management services agreements, EPC agreements and supplementary conditions to the Canadian Construction Document Committee (CCDC) forms.​

Peewara holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2018 and is also a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association (Construction Law Section). Peewara is fluent in Thai.
